Items must be returned in the same condition as sent within 5 business days in the same packaging. Please email for a 'Returns' address.

A refund will be made as soon as the product has been eceived in the same condition and undamaged.

I take commissions and every effort will be made to design it to your satisfaction and personalise it to your taste. I will discuss with you several options for personalisation of your particular item.

A 50% up front fee will be agreed upon and the final balance will be paid once the item is completed but before it is dispatched by 'Special Delivery'.

Returns are not accepted on 'commissioned' pieces.
